Our Solution
Solution 1
To eradicate the pain and fear from finger pricking and to have more accurate results, Jelin's solution includes a needle-like sensor. The sensor will be placed under the skin to measure glucose levels continuously. The Company has developed a non-invasive, painless and accurate way to monitor the blood glucose levels day and night, on a regular basis.
Solution 2
To curb the problem of multiple injections, the company will provide a solution that will control insulin release in the patient's body through nanoparticles. A biodegradable glucose-responsive polymeric matrix will encapsulate the insulin and, a microfluidic system will produce the insulin-loaded nanoparticles. Thus, using this solution, patients can keep their glucose levels in control for about 100 hours, with only a single injection.
Solution 3
For regular monitoring and analysis of the blood glucose levels and sending alerts to the patient for timely delivery of insulin injections, the company has developed a mobile application. The mobile application will receive accurate information from the nanosensors, help track the blood glucose levels, and alert the patient/caretaker/doctor when the insulin level drops below a specified measure.
Solution 4
The mobile application will also alert the patient when the effect of the administered injection diminishes. The application will use a freemium model where the users will access several premium features on paying a basic subscription fee.

How It Works
1
A needle-like nano-sensor will be placed on the skin of the user, which will continuously note the readings from the glucose present in interstitial fluid (ISF).
2
The transmitter attached to the sensor will send the data to the mobile device.
3
A mobile application will be installed on the device, which will display a graph of changing sugar levels on the screen.
4
Based on the received glucose levels and alerts shared by the application, the caretakers/doctors can infuse the next dose of insulin. Further, this nanoparticle infused.
